Program Features and Benefits
- Accident Medical Expense: Maximum Amount $35,000; $100 Deductible Per Occurrence.
- Accidental Death: Maximum Amount $10,000.
- Accidental Dismemberment: Maximum Amount $20,000.
- Catastrophic Cash Benefit: i.e. Coma or Paralysis; Maximum Amount $50,000.
- Coverage includes eligible Coaches and assigned Chaperones.
- Policy covers participant while on premises during scheduled activity, including traveling to and from activity.
- Policy can be selected either as Primary coverage if no other insurance coverage is available, or as a Excess to an existing insurance plan.

Program Highlights
- Pays up to $10,000.00 for the expense of repatriating a body to their final resting place if death occurs over 100 miles from the final resiting place anywhere in the world.
- Pays an additional $50,000 benefit in the event of an accidental death anywhere in the world
- Accidental Death definition: Any death not from natural causes - At age 71, the Accidental Death & Dismemberment Life Insurance Benefit decreases to $35,000.00
- Pays a monthly benefit up to $5,000 for a maximum of 12 months after 8 days of confinement if a covered person incurs a covered hospital confinement within the US.
- Pays a Medical Evacuation Benefit up to $25,000.00 within the US.
