Program Features and Benefits
- Accident Medical Expense: Maximum Amount $35,000; $100 Deductible Per Occurrence.
- Accidental Death: Maximum Amount $10,000.
- Accidental Dismemberment: Maximum Amount $20,000.
- Catastrophic Cash Benefit: i.e. Coma or Paralysis; Maximum Amount $50,000.
- Coverage includes eligible Coaches and assigned Chaperones.
- Policy covers participant while on premises during scheduled activity, including traveling to and from activity.
- Policy can be selected either as Primary coverage if no other insurance coverage is available, or as a Excess to an existing insurance plan.

Program Highlights
- Pays for the expense of repatriating a body to their homeland for final burial

- At age, 71 the Accidental Death & Dismemberment Life Insurance Benefit decreases to $35,000.00
