The Care Alternative brand was created in 2005 when Brian Silver, an insurance broker and entrepreneur from NJ had a chance meeting with Jose Nino, an International businessman with strong ties to the Hispanic and Latino communities.  Together they saw the need for low-cost, affordable healthcare options and financial services for the millions of uninsured and un-banked in the USA.

 

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are 47 million uninsured living in the US and millions more who cannot get access to credit cards or other costly financial products and services

 

Out of that meeting the Care Alternative brand was born with the mission to improve the overall health, wellness and lifestyles of the people of America by providing access to the best care, products and services at affordable rates with a particular focus on the Hispanic and Latino markets.  Our mantra is – “affordable”.

 

Creative Benefits Services is based in New Jersey with a satellite office in Washington, DC.

 

We have developed strategic partnerships with several groups across America to make it easier for our target market to gain access to enrolling in our programs.

 

We currently have the endorsement of and partnerships with: the US Mexico Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Alliance for Prosperity, Casa Puebla, Confraternidad Latino Ministries, the Basilica de Guadalupe Foundation, El Vecino in NJ and Shop Rite in Passaic NJ.
